from Vertex president Mr Ueno landed this morning.
Round 1 of the Japanese Drift Series D1GP was held this weekend at Ebisu circuit. During qualifying, Mr Ueno received full points for his runs, allowing him to take part in the competition and the top 16 battles. Unfortunately luck was not on his side and after leaving too much space between him and his opponent he was knocked out and did not make it into top 8, his final position in Round 1 was 10th, earning team T&E 3 points. Good news is that because of his finishing position he will be granted a space in round 2 without the need for qualifying! Good Luck Team T&E, Vertex-europe are 100% behind you! |
